Deliverables

What you get

Five outputs that give you the cause, the figure and the sequence to move forward with, and one leadership decision.

01

Evidence register

Observed facts, interpretations, assumptions, calculations and limitations kept separate, so every claim can be traced back to what supports it.

02

Commercial-system map

Where the recurring condition begins and how its effects travel through strategy, roles, handoffs, data and governance.

03

Financial-consequence model

A value wherever the interview, operating and financial evidence reaches one, and a stated gap where it does not.

04

Prioritised intervention roadmap

The interventions sequenced by cost of inaction, with named owners and review points rather than a list of recommendations.

05

Leadership briefing

Findings, priorities and the next decision taken to your leadership team, with the limits stated alongside the conclusions.

Process

How it works

Four steps, from a scoping call to the leadership briefing. The calendar is confirmed in scope; breadth, evidence access and stakeholder availability can change the timing.

01

Scoping call

Thirty minutes. Boundaries, evidence access and stakeholder availability are agreed before anything is read, so the findings have a defined perimeter and a defined limit.

02

Interviews and records

Role-based interviews across the commercial organisation and the functions it depends on, read against process, CRM and financial evidence rather than on their own.

03

Map and quantify

Where the recurring condition begins is located, how its effects travel is traced, and a figure is set wherever the available evidence can defend one.

04

Leadership briefing

Findings, priorities and the next decision go to your leadership team, sequenced by cost of inaction rather than by ease of fixing.

FAQ

Diagnosis FAQs.

How long does the process take, and how much time does it need from our team?
The engagement runs six to eight weeks from start to briefing, depending on scope and how quickly evidence access is granted. Your team's time is mostly the interviews themselves, plus the people who provide the relevant documents and operating data.
What do we need to prepare?
Nothing extensive. The evidence can include organisational structure, role descriptions, compensation plans, governance routines, handoff documentation, forecasts, performance data, CRM and pipeline history, customer-success processes and marketing evidence. Numbers alone hide dysfunction and interviews alone can overstate it, so the diagnosis reads both against each other.
How much does a Diagnosis cost?
€12,000 flat. That covers role-based interviews across the commercial organisation, the operating and financial records you already produce, the five outputs and the leadership briefing. It is a flat price, not a starting price. If you continue into Operation, the Diagnosis is included in that price rather than added to it.
Is the Diagnosis a standalone service?
Yes. It stands on its own once delivered, and the outputs remain usable whether implementation continues with Kihon Labs, internally or with another partner. You are not obligated to act on the findings.
Who inside our company needs to be interviewed?
Role-based interviews run across the commercial organisation and the functions it depends on, from demand generation and sales through customer success, operations, finance and leadership where relevant. The exact list is agreed with you before the engagement starts.
