Terms and Conditions
Last updated: July 2026
Scope
These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern any client engagement. Every engagement is set out in its own written contract, which takes precedence over anything on this site.
Nothing here is advice
The content on this website, including the Strain Check, is general information about a diagnostic method. It is not consulting, legal, financial, or investment advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for a business decision. The Strain Check is a self-assessment and produces an indicative reading only, not a diagnosis and not a valuation of any cost.
No guaranteed outcome
Any figures, timeframes, or results described on this site are identified by their source and status. Career experience, ISEOR's research record, planned doctoral work, and future Kihon Labs client evidence are separate categories. None is a promise of any particular outcome in your organisation.
Intellectual property
Kihon Labs' original text, branding, visual design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. The socio-economic approach to management is the work of Henri Savall, Véronique Zardet, and ISEOR, and is credited as such. You may quote or share limited extracts with attribution and a link. You may not reproduce Kihon Labs' original materials or present them as your own.
Third party links
This site links to external sites we do not control and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kihon Labs is not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where legally permitted, disputes arising from use of this site fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain. Mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to a user are not displaced.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one published on this page.
