What the method rests on, and what it does not yet claim.
Three kinds of evidence matter here, and they are not the same kind. What the method has behind it. What the practitioner has behind him. And what has not been published yet, stated plainly rather than filled with something weaker.
The method's record is inherited, not claimed.
The socio-economic approach was developed by Henri Savall, Véronique Zardet, and the ISEOR research team, associated with Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3. Its record across more than five decades belongs to that research lineage, not Kihon Labs.
Kihon Labs' contribution is the commercial and revenue-system adaptation, intended to be tested and refined through doctoral research. The underlying method and its evidence remain clearly attributed to their original sources.
Five years inside the systems this method reads.
Field record
Commercial roles held inside Veritas, SAP, Preply, and Delfos Energy, across enterprise software, an EdTech marketplace, and renewable energy in European and Turkish markets. These are career environments, not Kihon Labs client results.
Growth stages
Four distinct growth-stage environments worked inside rather than observed: enterprise, scale-up, expansion, and early growth. The diagnostic reads transitions because the transitions were worked through.
Teaching record
Postgraduate and undergraduate teaching at four business schools in Barcelona, across Strategic Sales Management, Customer Experience Management, and Leadership.
Research standing
Incoming Executive DBA candidate at EADA Business School, in a programme delivered in partnership with Le CNAM-Paris, admitted with a merit scholarship. The diagnostic is the subject of that research, not a byproduct of it.
There are no published client cases on this page.
The practice is new, and the engagements that would produce publishable cases are in front of it rather than behind it. Filling this space with reworded field anecdotes or unnamed composite clients would be a small dishonesty in a practice whose entire proposition is that its numbers can be defended.
So this section stays empty until there is something real to put in it.
What will appear here
- A named or explicitly anonymised client, with their written permission
- The baseline figure established at diagnosis, and the method used to reach it
- The intervention actually executed, including what was tried and did not work
- The measured result against that baseline, not an estimate and not a projection
- The time elapsed, so the reader can judge whether the change held
If a case cannot meet all five, it will not be published here.
Three ways to test this without taking anyone's word for it.
Point it at your own system
The Strain Check runs the same six families over ten questions, free and instant. It is a shallow read, but it is a read of your system rather than someone else's.
Read the method and find the seam
The methodology page shows where the framework comes from and what it does not claim. It cites its sources, which means it can be checked.
Ask the hard question on a call
Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring the objection you would raise if you were trying to talk yourself out of this.
About the absence of case studies.
Why is there no published case study yet?
What has to be true before a case gets published?
What can you offer as a reference in the meantime?
How do we judge the method without a case study to point to?
While the case studies are being built.
Read the methodology
The full ISEOR-based method behind the diagnostic, and the research lineage it comes from.
See what gets measured
The six dysfunction families, the signals that reveal them, and how they convert into cost. See what will be examined before deciding whether the full audit is worth running.
Test your own system
A ten-question strain check that shows which part of your commercial system is carrying the most load.
The first published case will be someone's. It could be yours.
One call, 30 minutes. We will review what is working, what is stalling, and where the cost is actually sitting. You will leave with a concrete next step, whether that is Kihon Labs or not.
