Who we are

Cem Gorer, operating under the Kihon Labs name, is responsible for the data processing described in this policy. Kihon Labs is a commercial and revenue diagnostics practice based in Barcelona, Spain, operating with B2B companies internationally. Contact requests are routed through the Contact page until the Kihon Labs domain email is activated.

What this site collects

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third party analytics profiling. The Strain Check runs entirely in your browser: your answers are never sent to us, never stored, and disappear when you close the page. If standard server logs are kept by the hosting provider for security and availability purposes, they are not used to build a profile of you.

Information you give us directly

If you book a call, send an email, or complete a form, we process the details you provide (typically name, email address, company, and what you tell us about your situation) to respond to you and, where relevant, scope an engagement. Enquiry data is processed on the basis of taking steps at your request before a possible contract and Kihon Labs' legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Newsletter subscriptions are processed on the basis of your consent. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Service providers and external resources

The footer newsletter form sends the email address you submit directly to Beehiiv, which operates the subscription. The site also requests font files from Google Fonts. A scheduling provider will be identified here when the Calendly booking calendar is activated. These providers may process technical or submitted data under their own terms, including outside the European Economic Area where their lawful transfer safeguards apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for the period required by Spanish accounting and tax obligations where a commercial relationship follows. Newsletter subscription data remains with Beehiiv until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to any limited records the provider must retain by law.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw newsletter consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the Contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Client engagement data

Data gathered inside a client engagement (interviews, CRM extracts, pipeline data) is governed by the engagement contract and its confidentiality terms, not by this policy. Such data is handled under agreed confidentiality, stored securely, and is not reused for any purpose outside that engagement without written permission.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.

FAQ

The policy, in four questions.

What data does this site actually collect?
The Strain Check runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing to us. If you book a call or send an email, we process what you give us directly, typically your name, email, company, and what you tell us about your situation.
How long is it kept?
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and any engagement that follows, plus whatever period Spanish accounting and tax rules require once a commercial relationship exists.
Is it shared with third parties?
It is not sold or rented. Newsletter subscriptions are sent to Beehiiv, the site requests Google Fonts, and a scheduling provider will be named when Calendly is activated. Details are set out above.
How do I request that my data be deleted?
Use the Contact page and ask. Under the GDPR you can also request access, correction, or restriction, and you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority if you are not satisfied with the response.
